Cancellation & Refund Policy
As a consumer, you can cancel your contract within seven days of receiving your Order Confirmation. If you do so, we'll promptly refund your payment according to our refund policy. This refund will be issued within 30 days of your written cancellation notice and will adjust for any costs already incurred by us, such as permit and transport fees.

To cancel, please inform us in writing. You're responsible for retrieving any items sent to us for service at your expense and risk. Failure to do so may lead to a claim for compensation against you. Please note that once your items have been dispatched from our premises, the right to cancel no longer applies.

A refund will still be processed if you cancel after the seven-day cooling-off period. Still, it will be subject to a 50% administration fee deducted from the service's quoted price and any applicable penalties or costs. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used initially.
